B. Payment Terms

- Our philosophy is based on a fully contactless, online process. The total amount for your stay is due in full at the time of online booking.
- The municipal recreation fee is not included in the base price and is charged separately on the reservation form.

C. Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations must be made in writing (via email). The cancellation fee is calculated based on the total cost of the stay.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (illness, natural disaster), we recommend travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. Individual exceptions may be granted upon agreement with the operator.
D. Accommodation Rules, Damage, and Legal Notices
Accommodation Rules
- Guests are required to keep the premises clean and tidy and to treat the facilities with care.
- Waste sorting is mandatory. There are bins for paper, plastic, glass, and general waste.
Basic Rules for the Cabin
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cabin. Violation of this rule will result in a contractual penalty of 5,000 CZK.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Visitors are not allowed after 10:00 p.m.
- Guests are required to tidy up the premises upon departure (wash the dishes, take out the trash).
- The maximum number of guests is specified in the reservation and must not be exceeded.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or property during their stay. The operator reserves the right to claim reimbursement for repair or replacement costs after the stay ends, or to charge the guest’s credit card accordingly.
The operator is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of guests' belongings on the premises of the cabin.
