Arrival and Self Check-in

1. Access to the summit (permit secured)
The summit of Jedlová is located in a protected area where vehicle access is prohibited. As our guests, you are permitted to drive and park directly at the cabin free of charge. You will receive instructions via email before your arrival.
2. The Trail to the Cabin (Spring through Fall)
A paved road leads to the cabin from Jiřetín pod Jedlovou. A standard passenger car can drive up without any problems—just drive slowly and be considerate of hikers passing by.
❄️ Winter Season: Why Is It Better to Leave Your Car Below the Summit?
A trip to Jedlová in winter is a true mountain experience. The mountains have their own rules—even if you head up in dry conditions, morning frost or fresh powder can turn the trip back down into an unplanned two-week extension of your stay.
Don't risk any unnecessary drama involving a tow in the woods. During the winter months, we recommend leaving your car at the Tolštejn parking lot.
